Yes. The single point of law involved and limited time for submissions makes this a good place to start in mooting. Inexperienced mooters have achieved good success in the competition in the past. The competition is therefore appropriate for experienced and inexperienced mooters alike.
The bundle will include pre drafted skeleton arguments and all case law/statutes that can be used. As a result, competitors will not need to do any research or drafting. Competitors are judged on oral advocacy alone.
No. Competitors represent themselves rather than their university, meaning there is no limit on the number of students that can enter the competition from a single university.
